Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day.

Shipping Time

• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–20 business days
  Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Shipping fees for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates.

Delays
Shipping delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. These are outside our control.

Customs & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

Shipping Restrictions
We may not ship to some P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or certain regions.
